Colour Engineering Toolbox

The Colour Engineering Toolbox is a set of Matlab functions that implement many of the algorithms described in the book, and additionally include many updated functions (such as computation of CIECAM02 quantities), together with utility functions to increase the efficiency of processing colour images in Matlab.

The Colour Engineering Toolbox is copyright 2003 Phil Green. Toolbox functions may be freely used and modified for educational and non-profit purposes, as long as acknowledgement is given.

Users should confirm that the Toolbox functions are appropriate for their application and give acceptable performance. No responsibility whatever is accepted for loss or damage caused by the use or misuse of these functions, however caused.

Support

Support for the use of toolbox functions is available to currently-enrolled participants on the Postgraduate Programme in Digital Colour Imaging.

The programme includes MSc, Postgraduate Diploma, Postgraduate Certificate, MSc by Project and (from September 2004) Graduate Certificate. Msc by Project and Graduate Certificate can be completed largely by distance learning.
